Admissions
The institution offers admission to the applicants fulfilling the eligibility criteria
of admission. The entry is through a test, based on the course of study, meant for the
previous class and interview. However, for Prep and Nursery classes. There are just
aptitude/intelligence/picture tests coupled with an interview to assess that the child
will be able to benefit from this type of education and is fit for a resident
institution. The entry test is organized every year in different campuses.
Induction system constitutes entry test followed by interview. Candidates scoring
less than 60% in entry test will not be eligible for admission in school/college.
Admission will be purely on merit and according to seats availability. Result of the
test cannot be challenged under any circumstances. The test in held on 5" February
every year. An advertisement to this effect appears in the prominent English/Urdu
dailies of Pakistan through which applications for admission are called for.
Students found residing outside the college premises without the parents(Father/Mother) will be immediately expelled from the school/College.
DOCUMENTS

Admission form duly completed in all aspects must be handed over to the administration staff before the date of entry test along with following documents.
- Photo copy Form B/Birth Certificate issued by NADRA.
- 2xlatest passport size photographs.
- Photocopy of CNIC (Father). In case father is not alive, CNIC of guardian is acceptable.

Following documents must be provided after confirmation of admission.
- School leaving Certificate (in original) duly signed by concerned board/ DEO.
- Copy of DMC’s for class 9th to 2nd Year.
- Migration certificate (original) of other /local board.
- For “O” Level Students, they will provide Equivalence certificate obtainable form Inter Board Committee
of Chairman (IBCC) at FBISE Islamabad.
- Scholarship students will also deposit thir Original DMC’s, which will be returned to the students
after completion of 2nd Year.
- Affidavit on stamp paper as per specimen.
- In case of Orphan candidate must provide copy of father's death certificate.
ELIGIBILITY
For admission to any class, a candidate must either be studying in that class or must have
passed the lower class preferably from an English medium institution. The candidate must
be medically fit. Own students (play group to intermediate) who have appeared in annual
exam will be granted admission on their performance in annual examination. Score less than
60% in annual exams will not forwarded for admission in new class.

The prescribed age Limits on 1st March of the year of admission to various class are as follow.

The physical appearance of the candidate must correspond with the age mentioned in the application form.
APPLICATION FORM
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
The application form is a part of the school/college prospectus, that may be purchased on a cash
payment of Rs. 2500/- or by sending a crossed bank draft payable to the principal of
Rs. 2700/- Application for the admission must reach the year during which the admission
is required. The admission is given on “first come, first served “basis-cum performance in the
entrance test and interview etc.
Application for admission must be submitted on a prescribed admission form appended to the
prospectus. Application form must be correctly & completely filled and accompanied by
documents demand of school/college administration.
Documents must be completely provided to administration before joining the class after
the confirmation of the admission. On the basis of incomplete documents institution has
the authority not to permit the student in the class.
It is compulsory for parents/guardian that must provide school leaving certificate to admin office within 15 days of confirmation of admission otherwise admission will be suspended/cancelled.
